2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Cekdia is a social media tracking platform that monitors following/follower activity on Instagram and TikTok. The Service requires a browser extension to collect data from your social media sessions.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Service, you agree to:

• >Only track accounts you have legitimate interest in
• >Not use the Service for harassment or stalking
• >Comply with social media platform terms of service
• >Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal activities
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Reselling or redistributing the Service
• Reverse engineering the software

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Cekdia and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cekdia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
